Course Outline This nationally accredited one-day course (approximately 6-8 hours) provides knowledge and skills for enter and working in confined spaces. The course includes: • Definition of a Confined Space and Confined Space Entry • Planning the Work • Identifying Hazards and Controlling Risks • Common Hazards Associated with Confined Spaces • Control Measures for Working in Confined Spaces • Emergency Procedures • Clearing the Work Area. Prerequisites There are no prerequisites for enrolment in this course, however this course does require reading, writing and numeracy skills.
