All Glitz and Glamour Mirror Chrome Powders include their own 2 way Applicator Sponge. HOW TO USE: Apply Choice of Gel Nail Colour to Nails as instructed by Brand. (For dramatic results use Black Colour) Apply Non-Wipe Gel Top Coat and Cure as instructed by Brand. Dip applicator sponge into colour powder. Press on nail and rub powder into nails to create the mirror chrome effect.
